I'd like to introduce you my version of a flexible Rom. Flexible? This rom comes without HTC Messaging Client, any Opera and Taskmamanger (except Windows Taskmanager) but with XDA_UC.
With the XDA_UC-Package that I provide you can decide, wich way the rom should work.

Aim of this rom:

• Fast
• Stable
• not much apps excluded
• Good looking

• ROMVersion: Topaz S2 2.53.407.6
• OS: 21916 or 23152
• Sense: 2.5.20181527.0
• Packages: Topaz S2, Leo S3.14
• Pagepool: 18 MB
• Language: WWE or GER

Data after Sofreset:

• Free storage: ca. 285MB
• Free program: ca. 85MB

FAQ:

How do I install this rom?

1. Download desired rom base
2. Download XDA_UC-Package
3. Unzip XDA_UC-Package
4. Copy XDA_UC-folder to your SD-Card
5. Delete not needed cab's from XDA_UC-folder
6. Flash rom
7. After boot perform a hardreset
8. After boot do your settings (e.g. Clock)
9. Perform a softreset
10. Wait until XDA_UC ended (there comes a hint)
11. Perform a softreset

Must I use your XDA_UC-Package?

• No, the rom works without my XDA_UC-Package. But there will be no MMS-Support and no Opera.

What is the difference between 219xx and 216xx?

• 219xx is the standard Build for actual devices. The startmenu-Button is on top. These builds are very stable.
• 216xx are more fingerfriendly. The represent the latest technology from MS. Startmenu-Button is on bottom. These Builds cost a bit more ram.

What is the difference between standard Messaging and HTC Messaging?

• Standard Messaging costs lower ram
• Standard Messaging supports folders for incoming, outgoing post
• Standard Messaging is fast
• HTC Messaging looks good
• HTC Messaging is slow (espacially when you have a great number of SMS)
• HTC Messaging costs more ram

What is the difference between Opera 9 and Opera 10?

• Opera 9 is well integrated into Sense
• With Opera 9 the Hardware-Zoom is supported
• Opera 10 is faster and more fingerfriendly

Can I install another Taskbar?

• Yes, you can but be sure that you install a taskbar with the corresponding HTCVolumeControl. VolumeControl does not work if you install a different version.

Is the CHT pack a full CHT?

• No, it's not a full version of CHT

Looks interesting, Many removed apps so seems a light rom..will test later

The room work very good but have 2 proplem only
on sms i cant right any thing at all
also The microsoft ofice wont open allways give this messeg
Word mobile cannot open pleas restart your device then try again, i make restart but stil have proplem
I Make soft reset same thing i flash the rom 2 time but same

Fix for Word

Word does not work in the 23563 Rom. I attached a fix in the 1. post.

SMS writing works fine for me. Someone else got a problem with writing SMS?

Very nice ROM, fast, seems to be very stable and very nice looking. Flashed it earlier this morning and, so far, so good. Two things I have found, however...

Facebook album off contacts does not work (although I installed the T-Back Online fix and it works fine now)...

The other thing (which is really weird and wondering if someone can confirm this), but whenever you soft reset, the system volume reverts to vibration only. This is both using XDA shutdown and the red button underneath the stylus.

Other than those two issues, this is a very solid ROM and ranks right up there. Great work! Will continue to test and use today...

On other thing, where did you get the icon set used in this ROM? Curious if it is available to end users as I would like to use it to replace some of the icons of the programs I installed to keep the entire clean look of the ROM... Thanks!

Thanks for the hint with the facebook. Will include it in the next version. I have no issue with the resart and vibration.

The iconset is made by me. I attached the empty icons in Post #2
