HD2 Issues

I am currently using the T-mobile version of the HD2 and am experiencing many problems with it. My device was issued directly from HTC in February of this year and I am not sure what the specific device information is. I just want to know how to fix the following issues: Phone screen stays blank all of the hardware buttons stay lit, When I use youtube for more than 5 minutes my data connection no longer works and I am unable to use any web based function on the phone. I am a first time winmo user and I am hoping that anyone can give me any advice on how to make my device work any better.

TMOUS HD2
Stock ROM
16GB HC SD

Stock ROM

First get Myphone from microsoft, its free, and back up all your sms, contacts and appointments if you have any, and try a hard reset, remember everything will be lost so its your call.

the black screen issue sounds like 'sleep of death' and seems related to all manner of things. lots of threads about it, look for one in the regular hd2 section called 'hd2 died...or did it?'

for the second one i dunno, but do tmous use a proxy server like tmouk do? could try turning it off...
