Why don't you like the helix launcher? It's not a whole lot different from the regular launcher and it doesn't seem to slow the system!

i think ill wait for cyanogens official and mine first sorry

And my Phone is extremly slow with Helix - dont know because the base (rom) or the Launcher!? But i think its the Launcher o.O

The only way to replace the helix launcher would be via adb or terminal..
Through adb:
adb remount
adb push Launcher.apk /system/app/Launcher.apk

Or via terminal
put the Launcher.apk in the root of sdcard then go to termnal
$su
#install /sdcard/Launcher.apk /system/app/Launcher.apk


i recommend using adb though..
