X2 jack (with Mic) error

Hi folks,

I just bought a genius HS-200 (Iphone comp...)for my X2 and it's a bit dizzy.
I cannot simply plug.in and use, I have to push gently (little left side) and then works great.
But I cannot use the Mic.
any suggestion? has it got different partitioning? anyone got same error?

different phones use different pin configurations as there is no set standard for microphone and headphone plugs!
so its probably not compatiable

yeah, i tought that, but the pin config hava to be ~ok, couse some time working.
(like now, i'm listenig music with it)

Any chance to get the pin config from my phone?
