Help need on removing software from kitchen

I need an expert's advice. I'm trying to remove a few stuff I don't need off of WM6.5 2.1 Silence 12 Rom Kitchen. I was successful removing many things so far, but ran into so problems trying to remove Internet Explorer & the Titanium UI(but keep the honeycomb menu) Any help will be appreciated. Thanks MIke

As far as Titanium goes you can remove or exclude the bronze and bronzenonea folders and you still have the start/today menu and the lockscene.

As far as IE goes that is a little more complicated since some of the stuff in it's folders are needed by other functions. I always leave IE in.
