Default Sprint snap s511 update
I need serious help I have been trying to update the software from 6.1 to 6.5 and I keep getting connection errors I have read all the threads I am completely stuck any help would be greatly appreciated.

then find the HTC Snap (make sure it says Sprint) and then all the updates are under the downloads tab
