Install sdkcerts First!!

This is a collection of start button icon cabs i made. They have been tested on Miri roms using the default HTC Black theme but there is no reason they will not work on others. They will not work with some custom softkey mods. This is due to the install location.

I have split the icons up into sections in the next few posts. I hope to add to them over time.

Any Suggestions are appreciated

The first is one based on my favorite chef's avatar. Miri!


Edit: I have started to pack the individual cabs into .zip packs to save space.

Now i have added a no border cab and a blank start button cab. So if you dont want the border for round ions etc you can install the no border cab and for a HD mini look, install the no border cab, and then the blank cab. See attached thumbnails

Install Instructions:

1-Download from first 7 posts.
2-Extract .cab if in .zip format
3-Copy cab to device or Storage card.
4-Install to device.
5-Soft-Reset.
6-New start button icon

It appears that newer ROMs use a new version of HTC black theme. To make these icons work with newer ROMs a simple file rename needs to be made:

1 - Download and install WinCE cab manager Here: http://www.brothersoft.com/wince-cab...oad-86909.html
2 - Open the cab you would like to edit with WinCE cab manager.
3 - Click on files in the left plane.
4 - Right click on classicblue_bubble_flag.png and click properties.
5 - In the General tab rename classicblue_bubble_flag.png to HTCclassicblue_bubble_flag.png and apply then click OK.
6 - Click file and save. Job done install edited cab as usual.

Thanks to backlashsid for pointing out they no longer work on newer ROMs. I no longer own a WM device so have been unable to test on newer ROMs.
