As far as i can see,only the very cheap ones seem to have the problem of having to reinsert them once they die out provided you are using windows mobile. If you are using android then the battery stays at 15% for a very long time and entirely discarges. I hope this helps you.

I bought it on amazon for about 20 UK pounds, It is OEM version and I received it pretty fast.
