When trying to flash a Rom It freezes on the loding screen

I have a sony Erricson Xperia X1i with the factory Rom. whenever I try to flash a rom it freezes on the loading screen.
Any help would be appreciated

I expect you haven't flashed h-spl yet, available in olinex thread
give a short feedback as I will close this thread later for being redundant/duplicate

still hope to solve it

i suggest to task29 first, some people experience this, even i did on one of my roms, task29 solved my issue
