Big thanks to Paul @ modaco and the XDA community.

This is a Desire (2.1 with Sense) for Nexus ROM. It is what I call barebones since I have removed most of HTC's bloat, ie Sense UI & Widgets. Why bother with the ROM then? Well, there are A few reasons I like the Desire ROM. A few being the copy/paste functionality, browser & social integration. It's a fast ROM with tons of RAM & memory to install apps. I hope you enjoy this ROM as much as I do.

Wipe data, cache & dalvik before flashing.

All builds contain everything from the previous build, unless noted in the change log.

Updated kernel to pershoot's
Optimized HTC Framework
Added Softbank fonts from qtotter here
Removed HTC Music & Ringtone trimmer
Added cacheinjections Music Mod 1.5.1 from here
Updated ADW Launcher to .0.7.1 Final by AnderWeb plus skinned black transparent

Now uses pershoot's [Kernel-] OCed - UVed: -1.113Ghz Stable - 21MB extra ram from persiansown thread
Added setcpu - buy the donate version and support coolbho3000

Added APN backup - Very easy to use, just create your APN and backup. Then, when changing ROMs, restore.
Updated Amazon MP3 from Froyo
Zip align on boot

Capacitive buttons fix (accept the root message upon first boot) Kenny N's idea here *You may need to run a root app first, like wireless tether, reboot & accept root for autostart

Thumbs down
Hypeing something like this is a total drizzy / king move. And we all know how "great" those roms were. Trust me this rom won't blow you away.

And he wanted to hype everyone else up... I've always liked evil's hero roms for the mytouch. Can't wait to see what's in store. I bet it's gonna be off of froyo.
