Notification LED does not notify the arrival of new messages

On my HD Mini, the Notification LED only gets on when charging...
Contrary to the documentation of the device , the LEDs does not notify the arrival of new messages (emails and SMS).

How can this problem be solved? Or is it a bug?

I am still waiting on my mini, nevertheless I read that you could use :
BsB Tweaks 1.6. It is normally one of its features.

i note that when the phone goes in sleep mode (i set to 10 minutes), the notification led keeps blinking for a few minutes.

so if i miss a call, i basically don't see it.

is there any chance to make it last much longer?

A LED-Tweak would be great.

BsB tweak 1.6 solves that problem...
