Default 2yr contract agreement +EVO

So i have sprint at the moment.. but im not able to get it for the full upgrade price of $199.00. I would have to wait to Almost 2 years from now.

One of my buddies is approve by sprint for 2 lines. no deposit, And he want to help me out..But he dont need sprint, he happy with t-mobile.

So if we go and pre-order the evo. and start a new contract. Since sprint got a 30days money back. and pay $199.00 and activate it on the 4th.

Could i cancel it with in 30days and keep the phone and just phone swap on my current line and add the $10. ??

Pay retail for the Evo. Sell your Moment on eBay or Craiglist and you will get a couple hundred bucks to help offset the cost. Simple.
