multi google account calebdar sync

I don't know much about calendar and syncing it, but a friend is settings his bosses phone up with a second Google account (first/main account on phone is personal), and wants both accounts to sync with the calendar on the phone.

When I went to add and sync another account, calendar was not an option, so is it possible, and if so how?

On the Google calander options online, you can set an account to share the calandet with. My wife and I share a few. You can also set permissions for the other account.
