Default android boot problem on nand

ever since android development for polaris started i've been trying to make it work on my device but at the end i lost hope
but now they could be installed to NAND. unfortunately this time it doesnt work as well
i flash the panel1 31-03-10.nbh donut (latest at time
then after placing myn's warm donut androidinstall.tar in /andboot " yes it in root "
rebooting n pressing the vol.up then choosing install n agree to dialogues
it shows formatting n the text scrolls fast n im the menu again
i reboot n doesnt press on anything, i face this error
Code:
                    ANDROID [ 5.293032
] init: unable to open persistent proper
ty directory /data/property errno: 2
even through haret it doesnt work.

i used to have radio 1.65 n downgraded it to 1.59, reflashed original htc rom
so wut am i doing wrong.

DONATE TO ME
How much time did you wait after error before reset the device?
Did installer succed in uncompress all data in Nand?
Did you use fix permissions?

Please change the topic name with something more accurate (like android boot problem on nand)

Had almost the same trouble: installer loaded successfully, I coud choose to install even to partitions (sd was partitioned), but right after there was a lot of text running... something about "blocks" or "I/O". The reason was actually the SD itself. Can't say more and make a guess, but after I replaced sd card, all went smooth. Try another. Bad one is 1gb kit SD (it was in the box), now I'm using 4Gb Transcend class 6 SD.

I am so sorry, I made a mess of facts. 1Gb kit sd was ok, but very slow. Kingston 4Gb was bad one. Good one is 4Gb Transcend class 6 (TS4GUSDHC6).
So if you really has many IO errors then try to swap SD.

So much SDs around... sorry.
