Says its not found because Su is actually a file, and its not there.

Man I have been following your post for awhile, I know it will happen. Any luck with the release keys yet?

I am on the phone with sprint, they are sending me a new hero with 1.5 this week. Woot!

okay I recently got my phone and upgraded to 2.1 from the sprint website before I learned what rooting was. I don't want to do anything fancy I just want to get rid of the pre-installed apps that I don't need so the phone will run faster, is there a way to get this done now?
