hiz buddy my i mate jam windows is crupped i want to reinstall the windows can anyone help me or guide me how to format & install new windows in my i mate jam i waiting replay of all

Try a hardreset:
Hold the power and camera button while putting the stylus into the little hole in the bottom.
This also deletes everything saved on the Device itself.

You just need to hold the power button if you want a hard reset.

Holding both will go to Bootloader mode (mode for upgrading rom).
