Phone unlockable to work in Canada?

Hey there....i was wondering if this phone will be unlockable to work on other CDMA networks such as telus or bell in canada? If it is unloackable...will the 3g work and once we do get 4g towers will it work then?

Im really interested in getting the phone but i dont wanna get it and not work.

the only way to get your cdma device to work on a different network is to get the carrier to add your esn/meid number to their dadabase and for you to have the correct prl. pm me if you have any questions.
