Before you flash backup your APNs using a free app called 'APN Backup & Restore' or you wont have mobile internet.

To disable boot sounds with adb then do:

adb shell
mount /system
mv /system/customize/resource/android_audio.mp3 /system/customize/resource/android_audio.mp3.nothanks
mv /system/media/android_audio.mp3 /system/media/android_audio.mp3.nothanks

is the chineese version only in chineese and english? ore also german and so on?

It's in Chinese and english. Will test out MoreLocale as soon as the upload is done as it is draining my connection.
