I keep getting an error when trying to run this. it locks up when trying to access the bootloader. any suggestions. im using win7 right now

So you just post a rom and offer no other kind of information??

This is the OTA update that was released by Sprint. With this we can extract the changes and put it into our existing rom or make a rooted rom from this.

It's the full RUU, with the OTA. But I think you knew/meant that.

If you're stuck on the HTC screen and the program shows a USB error, just run the .EXE again and it will start updating.
