My sister has a viva for her company phone and so as her officemates but they got several problems when they used it... they can't hard reset their phones because it has this special software for their company

The touchflo stopped working... She does not know what happened.. This happened even in her officemates

The reason she is not able to hard reset is because the company program overrides it since hard reset will take it back to factory defaults, losing all company connections\sync. As for touchFLO issues, try re-installing touchFLO.

Mini-Reviews:

1) Sennheiser- best audio quality seen till date, good budget oriented, audiophile headphone would be PX100.
2)ATi graphic card amongst the most flexible, sapphire best maker, (of which one is better, nVidia or ATi, it long on going argument)
3) Network services, Sevice Provider, Airtel the best in India, Vodafone comes second, BSNL/MTNL third, worst would be !dea. (This point valid only for Indian readers.)
