I have had a few FC's on my Milestone (Brazil version on 2.1), but those are not a big deal to me.

I do have one small issue that irritates me to no end. When you place the phone in the Motorola Car Dock, you get the car dock screen with an icon to go to the home screen. This takes you to the original home screen and not Launcher Pro. Hitting the home button on the phone takes you back to the car dock screen, so there is no way to get to the Laucher Pro home screen when using the car dock, even if you have Launcher Pro set up as the default screen. This means I have to keep both the original home screen and Launcher Pro set up how I would like them.

I guess I could look at it this way, I can set up the original home screen how I would want it in the car dock and have Launcher Pro set up how I would normally want it. If you can't fix it - feature it....

Have you tried home switcher?i think it is what you need.

Home switcher will let me get to Launcher Pro home screen, but it does not solve the problem of the car dock application calling the original home screen when you press the home button. So I think I will stick with customizing the original home screen with all the apps I would use while driving and use the Launcher Pro home screen for normal usage.

I love this launcher. Already developing dock themes for it.

Ok, I've noticed that Launcher Pro runs much smoother than the default launcher in my Galaxy Spica, but is it possible to change the Drawer scrolling to the default horizontal instead of vertical?

I think the app you are looking for is called Beautifull Widgets.
