Default Can I buy this phone without putting it on an account?
Ebay should work.
I can't buy it from the sprint store this way?
Best buy?
Radioshack?

from my understanding, you can use cc at any of those locations. just tell them you dont want it on your sprint account and want to use CC. I mean who wouldn't want to use a CC and get cashback/miles/etc.

You can buy it from Sprint online and never activate the phone to your account when it arrives.
