I have been tweaking, hacking, and constantly pulling my hair out trying to get around this annoying issue, and have found the solution.

Quite easier than I thought.

But I'm unable to post links.

Just post the link without the "http://"

just tried...no can do. apparently admin fellow said I need to post a few more things before I'm able to do so.

pretty easy you need to flash your phone with vulnerable recovery so you can now run unsigned update.zip you can get here :
