afaik point UI asks for a serial, but you can cancel this and it will work just fine in this rom. you dont need to type any serial in. it will work without.

Awesome ROM, no SOD's for the time I am using it, it's fast, bug free and PointUI makes it complete. Stable one.

Does this use the panel version of Home 2?

I have not used PointUI for some time, mainly because it did not seem to be actively developed anymore. But, I never saw this theme before -- so are people working on it again?
