Does this have a front camera?

I've been hearing conflicting reports about whether this has a front camera or not. Some say its a 0.3mp front camera while other says it doesn't' even have one, which is it?

It definitely has a front facing camera.

It has a front camera, it was there on the spec page a few weeks ago.
But if you look at user guide on that site, under calling, options during video calling, you'll see

can I use it with anyone else that has a phone with a front cam?

you can with Fring! and yes will work over 3g

I know about fring but I was hoping to be able to use it without 3g or wifi, like on the go whenever i want. =(
