[Dialer] Mini-Lite Dialer 2G {WQVGA}

Since there are few dialer skins for Omnia which WQVGA, here a new skins based on eten "etphone.dll" dialer...

Screenshots:

Specifications:
- Support only 2G "no video calling"
- Patched to use .png images instead of .bmp > Saved a lot of space
- Don't consume device memory
- Contains smartdial and redial functions "thanks to signal34 and thormdac"
- Large icons

installed in device memory with the swutcher and works perfectly... ty nice grafics, very fingr friendly
