The xda history really needs to be transcribed onto the xda wiki and wikipedia itself.

Having 2 paragraphs on it on wikipedia and none at all on it's own wiki doesnt do it justice at all.

I might try and bring it over to the xda wiki some time, but very least it needs to be rewritten for it (as those posts arnt really written in the right tone for a wiki, but they're excellent articles overall)

I too am glad they had their back yard meeting, I spent most of my time on HowardForums (since 2004) because I was a WM user, but that all changed with my HTC 3125 and the hours and hours on here and the dozens of phones and hundreds or roms over the years. Thanks to the Dutch and the Original Super Users.

The links in page two are great reads! Haha, it's great to see the site developed into what it is today! I believe xda is mainly popular due to the rise of Android devices, as this is the reason why I'm here.
