Aqtrans faster when flashed?

Hey guys,
does my Htc Touch Cruise work faster if i flash the aqtrans build?
I dont know if windows is still running in the background or not..

If you're running with HaRET you have to know that it replaces WM totally until the next boot, so it's not running in background.

Any build should work faster if it's flashed to NAND. You can try it if you take into consideration that some features are not available yet, like Camera in Android "Éclair", or USB Storage Mode, to say some.
