Default Force close on Home

Can anyone help me get out of this force close loop that's just developed?

I'm using one of the latest cyanogen roms and for the first time mounted the USB to move some files over to the phone. Right after mounting the phone rebooted, started up telling me that the sdcard was empty. From there I rebooted again and was asked to select my home program. I selected Home++ (my fave), and it forceclosed with no option to wait. From then on, I'm stuck in force closing Home++ and can't do anything else..

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Well, that certainly always was an option.

Over in the development forum, I see so much code thrown around to solve problems, I was hoping somebody in here knew how to make easy work of this without a wipe....
