Default It says type "Loop"

adb devices is returning this:

List of devices attached
???????????? no permissions

Shouldn't those questionmarks be a device serial?

Anyway to do this from the phone itself? Currently at work and the beauty of the G1 was the ability to do everything without the sdk. Just a question.

What do you have to press to get the recovery menu up from the logo screen. I randomly press some buttons and it comes up but i still haven't gotten an offline device.

Out of curiosity, what USB driver are you guys using? Ive updated the SDK fully and it simply will not install the ADB Device no matter what USB driver i use from the SDK.

OK, i got the loop working now. For Mac, i placed the loop.bat file into the sdk/tools directory. You were very right about how to edit the file, but when CD-ing to the sdk/tools folder, you need to modify that .bat file to .sh but replace "adb devices" with "./adb devices" and it works!

Thanks guys for the editting help of that file.
