Sorry, I am assuming that people know there way around stuff. You hit Volume up + Power to show the Menu Options..

If Adb show a Device then it's gone, you have to Power down, and reboot into HBoot, Run loop again right before entering recovery..

press volume up and tap power button

I can see the offline device, but it goes away as well. I keep rebooting and rebooting the phone to try again, but everytime it gets to the recovery screen with the phone and read triangle symbol, it loses it. Any ideas?

This is killin me. Reading about everyone working on rooting, meanwhile I'm stuck at work trying to move fast so I can go home and root. The irony is that I am not getting anything done because I'm reading this damn thread! I hate you all! just kiddin have fun guys and let's not have any bricks... root on!
