Default Reader Bricked?

I am having trouble with my Legend, after flashing HTC_WWE_2.03.405.3_Radio_47.39.35.09_7. 08.35.21_release_130330_signed I can not access my sdcard through the phone.

I have rooted the phone before, and flashed other roms, with no problems, until now.

I have tried to reroot the phone but it stops at ./step2. I have also tried the USB brick method, from modaco but with no success.

It is not the miniSD card, as I can plug that into my mac, and read/write it no problem. Just whatever card I put in my phone, "removed sd card" error comes up. And when I plug, the phone into the computer, I am still unable to access nor mount the card.

Has anyone had this problem, and can offer a solution?

thanks

I have this problem, here solution: USB brick/rickrolled/b0rked -> FIXED! on modaco Legend forum.

he test solution usually works but sometimes you have to repeat step shell until it runs. Usually people use windows, but I guess it will work on mac.

I hope you have luck.

Hello my phone is unable to read the SD card as well so I followed the methods listed in the forum

Code:
Step-by-step guide

1. Follow this r5 rooting guide to do Step 1 of the rooting.
That will give you a basic ROM to work with, with root capability.

2. Enable the SD Card functionality. Boot your phone in FASTBOOT mode (back + power), and enter this command: 'fastboot oem enableqxdm 0' . This will re-enable your SD card.

3. Put THIS update.zip on your sdcard.

4. Power off your phone. Hold Volume-Down + Power to turn it on, and select Recovery.

5. When in the screen with the big red exclamation mark, Hold Volume-Up + press Power, and select apply sdcard:update.zip.

6. This will automatically fix your MISC partition with the correct CID. Reboot, and your done!
When i try to apply sdcard:update.zip, there is some sort of failure.

But my phone can access the SD card now...so Im not sure if my fix is complete...

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
