I am able to Flash the ROM but not able to Root the phone.How can I do it??Thanks in advance.

Install malez recovery and you will be able to root your phone

any guide on how to apply apps2sd on a standard acer bin/rom ?
i mean a step by step guide on partitioning the SD, copy files from
eprom 2 sd etc....
