Exclamation Help! Does anyboday can use German keyboard of Raph100 in Android System?
How can I use German keyboard of Raph100 in Android System?
The Physical Keyboard layout in Startup.txt can only use for Rhod.
Does anybody can solve this issue?

Get the newest rootfs (I think it's what you need... if not, just get the newest package from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=711692 )
And set in your startup.txt in the "cmd"-line:
physkeyboard=german_raph
