Default Officially (to the Nexus one market) Android 2.2 Froyo has not been released!!!
So why is everyone and their mother reporting it as though it has been? Has any Nexus one non-rooted owners around the world actually receive the OTA yet?

Plenty, but they were all on FRF50 or FRF72.
Google Nexus 4 on Giffgaff UK

No. No one with ere 27 has received it. So its not ota as far as I'm concerned.
