error pin code sim card

hello everybody,

Since feW month, i'm trying many version of android (1,6 to 2.1)
i've a kaiser 130, radio 1,71xxxx.

My problem is which version i try, installed on nand or sm card, when it's ask me the pin code for my simcard, it's always say that the code is wrong, i've tested to change my code and it's the same problem. UNder windows mobile , ther's no problem

i hope that i give you all the paramets

i'm french and my providers is bouygues but i've the same problem with sfr(vodafone)

Under Android Sim Pin does not work correctly, you must disable the sim pin before booting Android, note that this can be done in any phone, since it is the Sim card that is locked, not the phone
