Oh, another thing, you should check isPreview() and manually set the xOffset to 0.5 when on the preview screen, as it is I don't see Mario at all on the preview. Either that, or just initialize your offset variable to 0.5 at the start. It looks like it is using 0.0 on the preview screen.
