Help htc touch 2 can not unlock

some please me when my phone gos to keylock then i pres the power button and i get the screen to slide the butten to unlock it dos not unlock please help i have to remove the batterij or is there a way to remove the keylock

Did you activate owner information to appear? This may be the cause. You have to download from the official site an update to correct this.

If there is nothing on the phone that you actually need you could always try a hard reset.

i try hard reset i did not activate the user information stuff please i;m tired of removing my batterij i only have the phone 3 days now htc touch 2

The only thing I would suggest is if your phone came from a network provider to arrange a replacement as you seem to have a software issue.

i have same problem when using magic call and checked "show notification" when filter triggered, the solution was uncheck "show notification".
