Any one update to this version? My X10 just restart during the installation.

Why would you need root to update an application from the market...?

As for the OP, I was able to update it just fine... runs a lot smoother than before, seemingly.

Try uninstalling it then just downloading it from the Market again?

Why you don't search/read the thread for brut mod ?
First uninstall the existing version and then install the new one.

If you have the previous version of Maps(Brut) Uninstall it. Then run the installation of new file. No issues.....

Street view is so amazing, I am just hoping it gets in india.

Currently, I am enjoying Navigation, it is awesome.........
