- this is new to me but maybe i was just retarted with earlier versions but screen rotation works both at 90 degrees AND 270 but not 180 (eg upside down)
- ditto on the camera opening but only having a flying block
- rebooted on first try (no freezing)

now to see what happens next thanks again guys
yep 270* orientation was added in froyo. and for obvious reasons 180 doesn't work because who uses a phone like that

This build is much faster than the 2.1 builds! One small problem is that it does not recognize my SD card (and the media folder, so I have no sound).
Sure but not at this stage. when we get more functionality and stability we'll add it

Here is something I've never seen before. Graphic artifacts:

I noticed them when I opened my keyboard, which obviously switched the screen to landscape mode. Anytime the download arrow would animate, or the battery charge would animate, I would get artifacts across the top bar. I switched back to normal rotation by closing the keyboard, and artifacts go away.

Upgraded my 2.1 xdandroid to your version. Worked like a charm. Best thing is, that I can use my exchange calender now

Still no sound for my topaz, but this is a known problem.

So I have an eye on stability for now.

Nice job, thank you

My Tilt2 keeps powering itself off after a couple of minutes with Froyo. The Tilt2 seems to be going through the startup procedure and then the "Power Off" message pops up and few seconds later it powers off.

Hi!

I'm using WinMo for quite some time and am also playing with XDAndroid since January or so and I'm quite interested in the whole thing.

What is holding us from installing the rootfs to the nand? is it because of the bootloader?

Ah, yea, one more question... The tmobile austria/germany version of the diam100 has the home/phonegreen buttons and the back/phonered buttons switched for some reason... is there an alternative keybinding that i could provide haret with at boot-time?

cheers
