Yo have to write it to the bin folder! ;C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin

BTW Can I upgrade the ROM to R2Bxxx? R1EA025 is way to slow!

I think if you upgrade you loose root.

When the phone is running go to settings > Aplications > Development > and activate USB Debugging! then connect the usb cable and after the new hardware is installed proceed with step 2
