Is the JVM's installation directory in your %PATH%. Typically it should be if you installed it right.

Anyways, try uninstalling and re-installing a fresh JRE download it from java.sun.com

how do you find your device ID before the first flash? thats the only step that I'm lost on

In step 2 appear menu in phone but when i select 6 option appears

failed to copy file in sdcard

solution please ?
