Default Snap on hard case

I picked up one of the cheap snap on hard cases from ebay when I got my slide. One of the tabs since broke, so I'm looking for another one. But the thing I didn't like about it was that the front piece covered the proximity sensor. so every time I would make a phone call the screen would be blank the whole time and I would have to slide the phone open just to hit end or type number keys. Are they all like that or did I just get the cheap kind?

I think that cutout has to be just a bit bigger. I'll look at them and compare the two. Not sure if I wanna dish out 30 bones for one from t-mobile.

After having my tmobile store bought hard case for a few weeks now I'm not happy. Sometimes the phone will actually come out of the back case. Today it did this and fell in dirt and scratched my battery cover. I'm mad so I'm going to tmobile today to get something different. Id recommend to everyone to stay away from the hard shell cases.

She took off a silver locket, said remember me by this.
She put her hand in my pocket, I got a keep sake and a kiss.
And in the roar of dust and diesel, I stood I watched her walk away.
I could have caught up with her easy enough but something must have made me stay.

I just got my my blue snap on from eBay. It's rubberized I like it but if I put both the front and back on the phone its hard to side open and close. Maybe I need to file it down or something like that. If I figure out something ill let everyone know or if someone already has it figure let us know please. Thanks

I filed down the little clips that grip the phone. Now its a lot easier to slide open and close. Now to find a belt clip assembly for it. I would recommend if you pay like $5 and dont mind modding it.

I bought one of those clear snap on cases on ebay. It was very difficult to slide the keyboard fully up or down. It has to do with the tabs holding the case into place. I also went to the T-Mobile store and asked if I could try it on, same thing with the clear case or the colored case with the strap, it was the same. So I'm holding off and just going to buy the clip instead.
