if you're rooted, how do you remove apps?

I'm going to assume you mean the AT&T bloatware stuff.

I believe you need to use a Command Line (Terminal) app from within the Aria or use the prompt on your PC/MAC/LINUX to get to the device and then delete the bloatware .apk's from there.

How to do that? Beats me.. I just did a quick google to figure out how :/

EASY ANSWER: look for attn1's posts on rooting the Aria and his Liberated Aria rom. if you rooted, install the unrevoked custom recovery. then reboot into the recovery screen, which will be Clockworkmod Recovery. Flash attn1's custom image for the Aria that removes all of the AT&T bloatware.
Carrier: Ma Bell (AT&T)
Device: HTC Aria (Liberty)

Could you also use a program like Titanium Backup? Thats what i used to remove unwanted apps on my nexus.

i actually flashed the aria_shipped rom..

titanium doesn't actually delete it, it just uninstalls..at least that's what i see it doing, the icon is still there..
