Default Touch input lag?

To anyone who has the Droid x, can you run a touch input test and see if there is a delay? Also someone run fps2d, that would be nice. I just have this slight feeling 2dfps are capped at 30fps(coming out of my ass) because if you watch this review, it doesn't seem that smooth, but I know from another review in 3d it gets 60fps.

Droid X does NOT have the 30FPS cap. In this benchmark he gets over 30FPS on the 3D test.

Whats the name of the app they used to do the touch input lag in this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szOje7dcRlo

HTC Evo has a 30FPS cap on the display - period. Doesn't matter if it's a 2D or 3D application. That's why I posted the YouTube benchmark video. It clearly shows 60FPS in a 3D app which means it's not capped.

Huh? I not talking about the EVO at all, I am saying the Droid X does not have a 2d fps cap. You can have no 3d fps cap, but have a 2d one, it's perfectly possible.

I was just verifying it doesn't have a 2dfps cap, even though I already knew it had no 3d fps cap.

Then why did you say you thought it was capped at 30FPS in your very first post? The only phone that is capped at 30FPS is the Evo, hence the reason I mentioned it.

Once again, if you get over 30FPS in a 3D app then you'll get over 30FPS in a 2D app. Unless the 2D app is very demanding and your CPU/GPU cannot keep up.

Anyway, we know it's not capped and it beats the Evo in CPU/GPU tests. Gotta love it.
