No lol this one is based off a rom Ali Ba made for the Legend. Except ported for our arias. I used this one because the Legend has similar hardware to our arias and because its a clean build with no HTC sense at all.

This looks interesting, but no WiFi is a deal breaker for me, with no 3g at work WiFi us a must. Of you get that working I would be very interested in trying this out.

APN backup & restore is your friend. Back up the APN file to the sdcard, flash a new rom, reload the app, and bring back the old APN info. It's a beautiful thing.

you can also just move the apn file to your rom for the next version.

well I loaded it just to see what it looks like. It runs well! If you get drivers fixed, you'll have a winner.

I made some changes and have wifi working on a version of this rom. it force closed the first time I tried to connect, but worked fine after that.

I also cleaned up a couple of other minor things, but wifi is working.

wifi fixed
Legend legend (get it?) changed to Liberty
wifi device changed from twiilan0 to eth0
config file from aria rom borrowed
obligatory massive apn list added (can't have someone else's be BIGGER)
Nexus one animation screen added - no sound

Edit: wifi tethering is still not working with the exact same failure mode as the rooted HTC/ATT shipping ROM. It has to be something borrrowed from the liberty that AT&T has shut down - the kernel, a kernel module or the config file. I will have to look deeper.

repack with my fidtzes:liberty_AOSP_2.1 a002_signed.zip
