Answering Calls - Headset : Phone : Speakerphone ?

Hi All -

I am looking for an app that does an iPhone (I know, I know...) trick - when answering a call - gives you the "headset, phone, speakerphone" options. I know after picking up the call - you can go under "menu => turn headset off" -- but it was really handy to have those choices on the screen dead center - big buttons when answering my iPhone.

Is there anything like that on the Droid Incredible?
