Default Sprint anti-glare screen protector - Amazing in direct sunlight.

I bought a set of 3 screen protectors (1 anti-glare, 2 regular) directly from the Sprint store. W/o thinking too much about it, I slapped on the anti-glare right in the store...

I've been mostly using the phone indoors since I got it. And I've been sort of regretting that I put on the anti-glare. And I've been considering tearing it off and slapping on a regular one.

You see, the anti-glare one is not completely transparent. If you look at a completely white screen, you can see tiny specs of red, green and blue in the protector. It's kinda of an "RGB" film grain effect you might find in some modern games.

HOWEVER, I used the phone a lot outdoors yesterday. And it was a completely clear, no cloud in the sky, day.
This protector is Amazing in direct sunlight.
You know how lcd screens become difficult to use in sunlight? And if you put sunglasses on, you cannot see anything at all?

Well, this protector made the lcd look perfectly viewable, much better than other screen protectors I've used in the past on other phones. And when I had my sunglasses on (polarized, don't know if that's important), the lcd was even better, it was *perfect*. It was as if viewing it indoors at about half brightness of what automatic brightness gives. No strain on the eyes whatsoever, sunglasses on, looking good

Excellent for summer outdoor use.

I love my anti-glare screen protector. I got for $2 on ebay lol. Its smooth (not rubbery) really helps in sunlight and well, negates glare and reflection. And of course im not a huge fan of the grainy/sparkly look it gives your screen but its a small price you have to pay i guess. Oh also, the i bought coverd the front cam, making it blurry so i had to make a cut out... lol
