screen video capture

I have just installled GDE Launcher and am so impressed with it I want to take a video of its rotating screens to send to my nephew (who has a iphone). I did it using the web cam but its not very effective. I can take still screen shots using various apps but is ther away to take a video of the screen???

Use a real camera, even a photocamera with recording feature would do. Alternatively you could try to Fraps something like this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=557717
