[HELP] Trying to make this bootscreen work

I've been trying to make my own bootscreen but I cannot for the life of me get it to work, could anyone check why not?

Is it for Villain Rom 12 ?

I tried something but I'm not sure if it will work as I didn't test it because I haven't VillainRom on my phone... So if you wanna try it feedback

You just have to flash it (if the first one doesn't work try the second one...If not hmmm I gonna try another thing ^^)

That's very simple Your bit depth is 32 bit and it must be 8 bit

EDIT: I've attached the bootanimation.zip with the pictures in 8 bit depth Also I don't know if you did it but just for the record; when you pack the bootanimation the compression must be set to "store"

I knew I forgot something, and yes I knew it has to be uncompressed, thanks.
